CARLOS VISITS CINCINNATUS HIGH SCHOOL

A class of Computer Work Study students from Cincinnatus High School in New York recently made an idea a reality, with help from a recent brass cover subject. Inspired by Carlos Andres Gomez, from the February ’07 brass cover, these five students and their teacher raised money to bring Carlos to their school. Donors and sponsors, including the New York Credit Union Foundation, raised over $5,000 to fulfill the speaking fee (which Carlos offered to waive when he heard of the students’ efforts).
